What Is The Unfocused Writer About?
The Unfocused Writer is exactly how it sounds. It is about the unfocused writer by other unfocused writers. We talk about all the things that make us unfocused in our quest to be dedicated, passionate writers—day jobs, families, dogs to walk, recovery issues, and other life responsibilities to balance along with our writing efforts.
What to expect from our weekly podcasts
We'll be having fun, casual chats — imagine sitting around a living room talking with a group of friends about how writing affects your life and how your life affects your life—sometimes with the two of us, sometimes with special guests, and sometimes with random guests who have no idea we're about to pull them in for a conversation.
Our goal is to create a friendly podcast space for regular writers to feel heard and seen—and spoken to directly.

Our First Episode Is Almost In The Can!
I can barely contain my excitement. Yesterday Chris and I completed 90% of our first episode. We just have our last segment to record to call it complete. We know the first season will be a work in progress, but it really is like a child.
We'll be recording a few more episodes over the next few weeks and should be ready for launch very soon.
